At Fundarmor, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This privacy policy describes the categories of personal data we collect and process, as well as the safeguards we put in place to secure that data. Fundarmor is the data controller in charge of the personal information we collect and process. This means that we are accountable for ensuring that personal data is processed in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This Privacy Policy applies to all Fundarmor Group entities (Fundarmor Technology AB, Fundarmor AB, and Rational money AB) and covers the processing of customer data as well as other relationships including, but not limited to, contact persons, service providers, authorized persons, visitors, ultimate beneficial owners, and beneficiaries.

2. Types of Personal Data Collected

We collect personal information from our users to provide the services they have requested. This personal information includes:

  • Contact and personal information, such as name, email address, home address, social security number and phone number;
  • Financial data such as credit card numbers, bank account numbers, bank account statements, and any personal data proving the source of wealth/funds;
  • Demographic data such as age, gender, and location.

3. Purposes of processing personal data and legal ground

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • To carry out the conditions of the agreement between our customers and Fundarmor in order to provide services and perform transaction processing on their behalf;
  • To communicate with users about their accounts and the services we offer for information and marketing purposes;
  • To enhance our services and assure their efficient operation;

4. SUB-processors and personal data sharing

Fundarmor may be required to share your personal data with authorities in order to meet legal responsibilities, such as reporting to authorities. Furthermore, Fundarmor may share your personal information with third-party partners with whom Fundarmor works. When you share your personal data with a third party that is not an authority, Fundarmor will still be responsible for the processing of your personal data, which will be governed by a Data Processing Agreement.

Transferring personal data to a third country is only permitted if an adequate degree of protection exists or appropriate safeguards have been implemented.

We take adequate precautions to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of personal data. These safeguards include using secure servers and encrypting sensitive data.

  • Request correction of incorrect and incomplete information;
  • Request deletion or restriction of processing, unless Fundarmor is required to save the data due to your connection with Fundarmor or due to legislation;
  • Object to personal data processing based on Fundarmor's legitimate interests, such as direct marketing and profiling (profiling means your personal data is examined to, for example, provide you with special offers), or permission;
  • Obtain specific personal data in machine-readable format and, if technically feasible, transfer the personal data to another data controller (so-called data portability).

7. How we protect and store personal information

Fundarmor installs and maintains reasonable safeguards for our data and information systems. Customer files are safeguarded in accordance with the sensitivity of the relevant information. Our computer systems are subject to reasonable controls (such as restricted access). Only authorized workers have physical access to places where personal information is collected, processed, or kept.

We may store and handle all or part of your personal and transactional information, including some payment information such as your encrypted bank account and/or routing numbers, wherever our facilities or service providers are located around the world. We preserve your personal information by using physical, electronic, and administrative measures that are by existing laws and regulations.

Employees at Fundarmor are required to observe all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection law, as a condition of employment. Access to sensitive personal information is restricted to personnel who require it to fulfill their duties. Unauthorized use or disclosure of confidential customer information by a Fundarmor employee is strictly forbidden and may result in disciplinary action.

When contacting a Fundarmor employee regarding your file, you may be requested to provide some personal information. This type of precaution is intended to ensure that only you or someone you have authorized gets access to your file. You are also responsible for safeguarding your personal information. When registering for our Services, choose a password that is sufficiently long and complicated, do not divulge it to third parties, and contact us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

Fundarmor will keep personal information for as long as it is required to achieve the purpose for which it was obtained or as required by law.
